Fees are as quoted on our website or in your agreement. Retainers and setup fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuGen.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
